The board game I choose was Dune Imperium: Immorality. I thought this game from reading the title was gonna be live. I also was wondering if this game was made from the movie DUNE. Which if you haven't seen it I would recommend watching it. So, from what I learned from the game is that this a new game from the franchise Dune Imperium. Basically how to win is that you need 10 victory points. How it compares to "Soren Johnson four notions of transparency". He was talking about how transparency abstraction focuses players on the inner game.( 16.42 into the video) So, basically what he is saying that you use this tool to help teach the differences between the gap of novices and experts. Experts is where the features and meaningful patterns of information. How this works in Dune Imperium: Immorality is that the makers said this new game would allow experienced player will have a a little more time to enjoy to execute their toy laksu fueled strategies. So, when listening to Soren Johnson speech I noticed it when the guy was explaining my game that I choose. When he was talking about deck building and drafting (17.05 into the youtube video) In the game I choose there was nothing about drafting or deck building. Dune Imperium: Immorality has card but you don't use them like you would use in magic. Thats the game Soren Johnson used as an example in the youtube video when you play magic you want to build a deck so you can challenge your opponents deck. that he also created. The cards used in Dune Imperium: Immorality are not meant to be used in a way where you build a deck. Every game is different in their own way most games have cards but the cards are used differently in every game. They won't always be meant for the same thing as other games. I had fun learning this new game and i'm thinking about buying it to play because i would love to play something new.
